Bose Ladi Ofolu is the Managing Director of Queensmeal Foods Limited. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the university of Lagos. Has taught in the United Kingdom, Kaduna and Niger states for over two decades. She ventured into the bread and confectionary industry about twenty years ago firstly, because of her childhood memories of the aroma of fresh bread being baked and secondly, by divine direction.

Has a passion for quality and advising other bakers as at when needed. Encourages and gives room for her staff to work and study. She is also a youth and marriage Counselor.

Bose Ladi is very unassuming and easy going, a lover of humanity and God Almighty.

She was a pioneering member, a deputy President and then President of the Premium BreadMakers Association of Nigeria (PBAN), a force to be reckoned with today in Nigeria.

PRESIDENTENGR. ONUORAH EMMANUEL

Emmanuel is an Experienced, Resourceful, Career Conscious, Result-oriented, and Ability to work under pressure, good team spirit, Team-Player and self-driven person.

He is a Petroleum Engineer, who worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 24 years before becoming a bakery owner by choice on exiting the Oil and Gas Industry. He is a member, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), member, Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and an Environmental Auditor. He holds, HND and Bachelors of Petroleum and Gas Engineering from Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun and University of Port-Harcourt.
He is an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS), where he attended several Management Trainings.

Emmanuel worked as a Production Technologist, Production Engineer and Head, Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) in upstream Oil and Gas Industry for more than two decades in reputable Oil and Gas companies that included Texaco Overseas Nigeria, Conoil Producing and South Atlantic Petroleum Company Limited. He exited the Oil and Gas Industry in 2015 to start Bumpahav Nigeria Limited, owners of Bumpahav Bakery, to contribute in the growth of the breadmaking industry in Nigeria.

Emmanuel is the first Public and Industrial Relations Officer and a Trustee of Premium Bread Makers Association of Nigeria (PBAN). He is currently serving his second tenure as the President of the Association having been re-elected by members on completion of his first term in May, 2024. He is passionate about seeing the Premium Breadmaking Industry take its rightful place Nigeria in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) ecosystem in Nigeria, that will be a pride of members.

ABAYOMI AWE

DEPUTY PRESIDENTABAYOMI AWE

With a successful stint in Human Resources, currently, AWE ABAYOMI doubles as the Managing Director of two leading brands in the Bakery Sector – Rehoboth Chops And Confectioneries Limited and MOMO Cakes And Cookies Limited. With a total of over 28 years working experience in different spheres of life and at different capacity, including Education, Info. Tech., Consulting, Advertising, Branding, and FMCG, his many years of experience today made him successful as a business strategist and astute administrator. His astute character couple with industry experience has earned Rehoboth Bakery many recognition and awards over the years.

Abayomi Awe is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State. He has a Masters Degree in same discipline from the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Human Resources from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Sustainable Development Practice (SDP) at Osun State University, Osogbo, Osun.

In 2017, he joined other industry leaders to form the Premium Breadmakers Association of Nigeria (PBAN) and was elected into the office of Protocol and Compliance Officer, a position he held for a term and was voted in as the Deputy President from 2021 till date. He has represented the association along other exco members at all strata of government on matters that impact the association positively, one of which is the Ounje Eko Food Discount Market Programme of Lagos State.

Abayomi is a proponent of ‘Diligence’ and his philosophy of life is “GOD FACTOR.” He is a Pastor in Christ Gospel Apostolic Church (Lagos Area & Overseas), and he is happily married with children.

He is a power system electrical engineer, facility management professional and bakery business consultant with over 30 years experience.

He had worked as facility maintenance engineer in the pharmaceutical industry with Brian Munro Ltd, SKG Pharma Ltd and Emzor pharmaceutical industries all in Lagos.

He worked in the quick services restaurant (QSR) sector of the food industry with tantalizers Plc where he managed the corporate services department as general manager with direct responsibility of human resources, central purchasing, bakery(bread & cakes), facility maintenance, new build and renovated old stores project design and construction.

Presently works as the managing director of Komserve Global Services Limited which has Komsy bakery as subsidiary between may 2018 to date.

Presently serves as the general secretary of premium bread makers association of Nigeria (P.B.A.N).

Mr Abayomi Okikiola Olundegun is the Managing Director Kiekie’s Confectionaries a Subsidiary of Bisenol Multibiz Integrated Limited.
The Bakery started operations on the 3rd of April,2019 at Klm 2,Mesan road obere bus stop ota,Ogun State.
He is also the managing director of Sand and Seas constructions which is a firm that specializes real estate.
He is a business oriented leader who believes in team work.
Abayomi Okikiola Olundegun attended Leadscity University Ibadan where he obtained BSC in Business Administration(Second Class Upper Division).

ADIJAT OLANIYI-OLOPADE

FINANCIAL SECRETARYADIJAT OLANIYI-OLOPADE

Mrs. Adijat Bolanle Olaniyi-Olopade is the Managing Director of Elevensixteen Limited trading as Breadworth Bakery.
The bakery started operations on June 30th, 2013 at 11 Tunji Adebayo street off Iju road, Agege.

In April 2019, she retired voluntarily from First Bank Nigeria Limited, after the end of her tenure as the Managing Director of FBNBank, Conakry, Guinea (a subsidiary of First Bank Limited).

She has over 28 years banking experience in Treasury Operations, International Banking Operations, Product Development, Sales and Marketing and Branch Banking.  She is a skilled Manager and Strategic leader who takes delight in people development and mentoring.

Adijat attended the University of Ibadan where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Language Arts (Second Class Upper Division.) She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. (Senior Management Programme).

She’s a member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club and happily married to Dr. Olaniyi Olopade a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

KENE MBUBA

Kene is an accomplished Accountant and business start-up enthusiast with over three decades of vast commercial and business management skills.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Tax practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management. He holds a degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ife, Nigeria.

Kene held at senior management and executive positions several years of Finance, Sales and Distribution experience through active engagements in major blue chip and multinational organizations that included Nigeria Bottling Company (Coca-Cola) and lastly at SC Johnson & Son Inc., where he retired in 2014 as Executive Director Finance (Nigeria & Ghana) to set up Bakery Solutions Nigeria Limited (BREADMEAL) to build & strengthen his entrepreneurial interest.

Kene is a pioneer executive member of the Premium Bread Makers Association of Nigeria (PBAN) and also privileged to function as one of her trustees. He has held several key positions in the Association including pioneer General Secretary, Chairman Pioneer Constitution drafting committee, training committee resource person & facilitator and currently the Treasurer of the association, bringing on board long and invaluable hands-on experiences that have proved relevant and useful in prevailing turbulent business environment.

Ekaette Okoi is the Managing Director of Our Mother’s Bakery.
The bakery begun operations on December 18th 2015 at 18 Badore Road, Ajah Lagos.

Having been a food vendor since 2002, the need for succulent dinner rolls as part of Starters brought a passion for baking, a course in sweet doughs and puffs at The Bread Ahead School in Borough Market London in 2016 helped strengthen the zeal and fulfilled a dream.

Obongawan Okoi has worked with several organisations : Iberia Airlines, Trans Sahel Airlines, Payless Shoe Source and Heights Access.

She has strong interpersonal skills, excellent in managing people, she is creative, a self starter and an awesome mentor.

She was the first and only Nigerian( till date ) to head the Army Officers Wives Club of the Greater Washington DC Area ( AOWCGWA) as an African liaison Officer, and hosted 75 Attache Spouses in 2001. And also the founder of the Defence Intelligence Officer ‘s Wives Association (DIAOWA) in 2015.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from the University of Cross River State ( Now University of Uyo ) and MBA from Strayer University, Washington DC.

She is also the Managing Director of Spoilers Restaurant and a seats on board of Sunmate Global Services.

Ekaette loves to cook, travel and watch documentaries.

She is happily married to Rear Admiral (RTD) Okoi.

AUDITORKAYODE ADEBOWALE ADEBIYI

Kayode adebowale adebiyi has two decades of experience in the banking industry spanning various units including human resources management, credit group, retail and corporate banking, oil and gas, small and medium scale enterprises, and capital market.

He was at various times, the business manager for WEMA BANK head office branch, marina, lagos and also the head, commercial banking group.

INTEREST: A literary enthusiast with a strong passion for writing poetry. His works have been variously published in newspapers and journals including the defunct Daily and Sunday Times, Daily and Sunday Concord, Sunday Glory, The Nigeria Tribune, The Guardian and other literary journals. His first Published book ‘THUNDER FROM THE WILD AND OTHER POEMS, Kraft Books, Ibadan, 2001 enjoyed positive reviews in the Daily Times, This Day, Post Express and Newsreel.
Cosmos Adebiyi’s contributions to literary anthologies include POETS AT WORK,2004, Lagos edited by Professor Niyi Osundare and ‘CONFLUENCE’ AN ANTHOLOGY OF POEMS, PLAYS AND POETRY, 2005, Lagos, published by the Association of Nigerian Authors, Lagos Chapter and edited by Akeem Lasisi.
Adebiyi commissioned Cosmos Bakery in 2012 after his retirement as Senior Manager from the banking sector. His experience in the Bakery Industry now spans over a decade. He is an alumnus of the Honeywell Baking School.

Sunday Daramola is a professional accountant and and a graduate of accounting from University of Lagos.
I worked with some blue ships companies like:
  1. Flour Mills of Nigeria Ltd and
  2. Nigerian Bottling company-Coca-Cola
I later decided step forward to set up my own company DARSUDEL OIL AND GAS in 1994.
In an attempt to diversify, l also moved to set up a bakery and confectionery business which gave birth to persistence mercies bakery (SUPREME Special Bread andD- UNIQUE chinchin) in February 2012.
Currently, l am the CEO/MD for the 2 companies.

ZONAL CHAIRMANEBHOHIMHEN A VINCENT

I am an astute educationalist with pedagogical knowledge holding an NCE Certificate having attended College of Education,Ekiadolor Benin. I also hold a First Degree Certificate from Edo State University Ekpoma. Had a successful employment with Edo State Post Primary Education Board for a period of Seven Years,1989-1996 and resigned honorably afterwards to pursue entrepreneurial ventures and accomplishments in Europe for several years before returning to motherland to establish and becoming the CEO of Value Plus Group affiliates;Value Plus Int School,28A Adeyemon Akapo,Omole Estate Phase 1;
Value Plus Hygienic Bread,Plot 14B Debo Aina,Omole Estate Phase 1,Ikeja Lagos State.

He suitably superintend other merchandise inclusive Corporate Lease, Sales/Haulage Services,and counseling programs especially for business startups.

He is currently the indefatigable and versatile Chairman Ikeja Zone of Premium Bread Makers Association of Nigeria.
